We are seeking a senior psychologist for a permanent position in HUS Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The senior psychologist is responsible for the professional leadership, development, and coordination of psychological activities in child and adolescent psychiatry in collaboration with other management. The role emphasizes utilizing expertise in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychological, and neuropsychological assessment within specialized psychiatric care, supporting staff, and developing services and operational models. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and monitoring psychological services, providing professional guidance and consultation to psychological staff, and participating in strategic development of child and adolescent psychiatry. The position involves close cooperation with various professional groups, service networks, and stakeholders, as well as active participation in developing the service system.
