Tuotantotyöntekijä - Vitabalans Oy - Hämeenlinna, Suomi

We are looking for several careful and precise production workers for Vitabalans Oy on a permanent basis. We have recently expanded our production facilities and are now seeking workers to perform various tasks in production. In this role, you will work in different stages of production within a cleanroom environment. We are hiring for product manufacturing and packaging. Your work will include operating and installing production equipment, as well as documentation and quality control. Work is scheduled on weekdays, alternating between morning and evening shifts. The duties of a production worker include, among others, weighing raw materials, participating in different stages of the production process, and quality assurance tasks. The work is responsible and requires accuracy, but also offers opportunities to develop as part of a skilled team. The person selected for the job must follow clear work instructions carefully. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You enjoy routines and are willing to continuously develop your skills. Good proficiency in Finnish is required. No formal education in the field is necessary, but process worker training or work experience in industrial tasks is considered an advantage.
