We are now seeking construction assistant workers interested in the construction industry for our client companies operating in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Uusimaa region for summer 2026! The position offers diverse supporting tasks that will introduce you directly to the world of construction. In this role, you will perform various supportive tasks in the construction sector: - Lifting work, cleaning and clearing tasks, scaffolding, and assisting with demolition work. Based on your skills and interests, there is also an opportunity to assist more experienced construction workers. Successful candidates will have: - No construction experience? No worries! The most important thing for us is a good attitude and willingness to learn. - Experience or training in construction? Great, that’s always a plus, but not mandatory. - A proactive attitude? Excellent! The key is being ready to take on tasks at the construction site and to put in effort. What do we require from you? - Being of legal age - Valid occupational safety card - Finnish language skills - Willingness to perform physical work - Ability to move between different construction sites Job Description: Workdays mainly fall on weekdays from 7:15 to 15:30. The work is on a gig basis and takes place at various sites depending on the needs, so we expect a flexible attitude and readiness to move between different locations. However, this is a great opportunity to get to know different construction sites and the opportunities they offer! Having your own car is a plus and makes commuting between sites easier. We offer all employees wages according to the construction sector collective agreement, generally between €12.24/h and €13.79/h for construction assistants.
