In your work, you will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks of properties. The work mainly involves interior maintenance and repair. As a professional in property maintenance, you can see the big picture of various property tasks. We offer you the freedom and responsibility to pace your workday independently, understanding how to complete tasks as smoothly and safely as possible. Property maintenance work is physically moderate, so you should have sufficient physical condition. Your tasks include, among others, repairing plumbing fixtures, monitoring and maintaining heating systems and building automation, servicing HVAC units and changing filters, opening doors, performing small renovation and repair tasks, and on-call maintenance. Additionally, maintenance chores including yard work and outdoor maintenance are part of your responsibilities. The job requires at least a B-class driving license and proficiency in Finnish. The salary ranges from €14 to €17 per hour depending on skills and experience.
