The Municipality of Iin's Catering and Cleaning Services is hiring a Service Supervisor for a permanent position. The employment begins on August 1, 2026, or as agreed. The qualification requirement for the Service Supervisor position is a Bachelor of Hospitality Management (restonomi AMK), a cleaning technician degree, or an equivalent previous qualification. Prior work experience in the field and experience in supervisory roles are considered an advantage. Knowledge of catering services is also beneficial, as some employees work in catering or cleaning services. Responsibilities include supervisory work, customer service, staffing, guiding cleaning work, planning work shifts, financial monitoring, invoice processing, and development work in collaboration with the Head of Catering and Cleaning Services. We value good communication skills, meticulous work attitude, positive outlook, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The salary is based on the Collective Agreement for Municipal Employees (KVTES) at 3,388.81 €/month, with possible work-specific allowances. The selected candidate will have a six-month probationary period. Before starting employment, the candidate must provide an acceptable medical certificate of health and a criminal record extract according to Law 504/2002, within 30 days of receiving the employment decision.
