We are looking for CNC machinists for our client in Tampere for long-term employment. There are several different tasks at various skill levels, so we are seeking both experienced professionals and those at the beginning of their careers. CNC Machinists in Tampere Job Description The tasks depend on your skills and experience. There are traditional machining tasks as well as more demanding CNC machining roles. You will work with lathes, milling machines, and/or machining centers as part of a skilled production team. You will have the opportunity to work with modern machinery in a stable and growing industrial company. The work is primarily in 2-shift rotation, and may include night shifts. What kind of person are we looking for? We hope you have previous experience in CNC machining or other workshop tasks. Positions are available at different skill levels, so the most important thing is a willingness to work and develop your professional skills. We especially value: - Previous experience in CNC turning, CNC milling, or machining center operation - Ability to read technical drawings - Careful and responsible work attitude - Willingness to work in 2-shift rotation and night shifts if needed - Programming skills are an advantage but not essential - English language skills are an advantage What do we offer? - Stable employment with a well-known industrial company - Varied tasks according to your skills - Good onboarding and opportunities to develop your expertise - Positive work environment and professional colleagues - Modern tools and machinery Salary: approximately 13–20 €/h depending on experience and skills.
