We are seeking a SCHOOL SECRETARY for a fixed-term position with 50% working hours from August 3, 2026, to December 31, 2026. There is a possibility of extension into 2027. The position is located at the Oulunsalo Parish School, providing school secretary services to the City of Oulu. School secretary services are part of Monetra Oulu Oy's local services; approximately 75 secretaries work across primary schools, high schools, art schools, conservatories, and Oulu College. The focus areas and locations may change according to customer needs and unit circumstances. The role is diverse and requires good customer service skills. You may be the person we are looking for if you are eager to learn, proactive, solution-oriented, and possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. Successful performance in the role requires adaptability, self-direction, activity, and good IT skills. The school secretary tasks include a variety of student, general, personnel, and financial administration duties, which vary according to the school year cycle. Systems used include Primus, Personec F2/ESS, P2P, Intime, M2, and Loota. The school community is multidisciplinary. The work is primarily on-site and involves collaboration with the principal to support daily operations.
