Our center employs a total of 8 early childhood education teachers, 7 child caregivers, a specialized teacher, and support staff. We have 5 groups in our facility. The daycare was completed in 2018, and our spaces are bright and clean. Our work community is enthusiastic and professional. Our staff is active, communicative, and formally qualified. We engage in frequent pedagogical discussions in various forums, including a leadership team composed of teachers and staff pedagogical meetings. We place a strong emphasis on workplace well-being. Each child group in our daycare has its own spacious group room and entrance; this allows us to work easily in small groups and stagger activities. The building also includes a dining hall used by some groups and an active gymnasium. The gym is also used for whole-house events, such as singing sessions and celebrations. Employment details: Qualification requirement: Early childhood education teacher (qualification according to the Early Childhood Education Act). In addition to the qualification: enthusiasm for early childhood education, good cooperation and teamwork skills, and proficiency in Finnish. Preferred: development-oriented attitude towards early childhood education, sensitivity, and ICT skills. Experience in early childhood education is valued. Terms of employment are governed by the Municipal Education Personnel Collective Agreement (OVTES). Salary: 3060-3162.74 euros/month. An additional 15 euros/month is paid for those with a qualification meeting early childhood education teacher requirements, and 37.88 euros/month for those with a master's degree in education sciences. Experience-based salary supplement of 3-8% applies. Required licenses: The selected candidate must present a valid criminal background check.
