HUS's IT Department is an active player developing and implementing new innovations in the healthcare sector. The IT Department is a profit unit of HUS and provides information system solutions and services to HUS Group, its partners, and subsidiaries and associated companies. We are seeking a Product Manager for a permanent position in the Administration Systems division, within the Human Resources and Financial Management System Services unit. We use several systems related to patient meal services. The primary product is CGI's Aromi system and related components, such as Hävikkimestari and Minun Ateriani app. Additionally, we support the cash register system related to meal services and the Cook & Chill system for food distribution. As the ICT Product Manager for food services, your responsibilities include organizing support for the services provided by the IT Department, as well as planning and developing the services. You will also be responsible for communication and training in collaboration with business operations. You will oversee the implementation, development, and product evaluation of new services. Your tasks as a Product Manager include project and service production management, active customer collaboration, and supplier management. We are looking for an innovative team player capable of understanding and managing both technical details and user needs as a whole. In practice, your workday will involve monitoring ongoing services, working closely with suppliers and stakeholders, and developing and evaluating food service systems and improvement proposals. To succeed in this role, you should have: Experience in developing enterprise resource planning systems and technologies, Strong understanding of/integration and interface knowledge, Project management experience, Experience in service management in a changing environment, Experience in implementing changes and managing suppliers, Proactive, active, practical approach and customer-oriented service attitude, Problem-solving and teamwork skills, Presentation and negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, General methodological skills (documentation, quality, project, and process work), Experience in multi-supplier environments, Experience in preparing matters for various bodies and customer groups.
