The position is permanent and part-time (20-25 hours/week), including shifts at all opening hours of the café: from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends. As a Master Barista, you will ensure and develop the quality of coffee and other products, and enhance the guest experience by training and supporting your café team. You will act as an ambassador and role model for Espresso House at the café level, promoting the company's values, culture, and practices. You will also be an important part of your café’s Leader Team, which includes your café managers. We increase your pay by €0.50/hour after 6 months and another €0.50/hour after 12 months. After one year, your hourly wage will be €13.71 + additional pay.
