We are seeking two (2) specialist doctors in the rehabilitation outpatient clinic of the Fysiatrics Knowledge Center. The rehabilitation outpatient clinics include a physiatry outpatient clinic, pain, rehabilitation research, and special outpatient clinics (brain injury, spasticity, and driving health clinics). These are multidisciplinary referral clinics. The unit's modern business laboratory conducts gait analyses to support physiotherapy and treatments, as well as studies that guide assistive device choices. Your duties include: - patient consultations - consultations - participating in guiding resident doctors - referral processing There are no on-call duties. The work involves multidisciplinary teamwork with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, psychologists, exercise physiologists, rehabilitation counselors, and rehabilitation instructors. The unit organizes individual and group outpatient rehabilitation. There are opportunities for research work. Join our skilled team! The qualification requirement for the specialist doctor position is a license or permission to practice medicine as specified in the Health Care Professionals Act 559/94, and specialist qualification in the relevant field (physiatry). We consider clinical experience in physiatry and excellent cooperation and interaction skills as advantages. We will verify original diplomas and employment certificates during interviews. Applicants must be registered in the register maintained by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health (Terhikki and/or Suosikki). The selected candidate must submit a medical certificate of health before starting the position (Municipal and Wellbeing Services Act 7 §).
