In this role, your main task is car repair and maintenance, but you are also responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your work includes: Car repairs and maintenance: Diverse diagnostics, scheduled services, and repairs for various car brands. Customer service and job intake: Greeting customers, listening to their car issues, and trusting your knowledge of what to do. Cost estimates and parts orders: Calculating the price for the work, ordering the correct parts, and keeping the customer informed. Why choose an independent KLX-Service over a large chain? While we expect you to work independently on car repairs, we will guide you through KLX-Service's customer service process, pricing tools, and systems. Solid automotive expertise: You already have experience in car maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics (multi-brand knowledge is a big plus). Customer service attitude: You speak clearly about cars so that even a "layman" understands. You are reliable, friendly, and service-minded. Organizational skills: Cost estimates and parts ordering require carefulness, computer skills, and familiarity with repair shop software. Driving license (B-class is essential). Excellent skills in English and Finnish.
