The Professional Services Team is looking for an initiative-taking and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Basware software solutions and services for our global customers. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager who can effectively plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline to ensure each engagement achieves its desired business outcomes—on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll be responsible for aligning customer expectations with Basware’s delivery methodology, driving execution excellence, and ensuring a smooth transition into steady-state operations. In this role, you’ll work as part of an international delivery team, managing cross-functional resources, coordinating with Sales, Solution Consultants and Solution Architects, and maintaining close alignment with Product and Customer Success teams. You’ll act as a trusted customer advocate, ensuring that client needs are understood, communicated, and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. With a customer-first mindset, you’ll champion value realization, proactive communication, and continuous improvement— helping customers achieve success while strengthening long-term relationships with Basware.
