We have available summer positions: Alhainen Hakikko Perniö-Särkisalo Your tasks As a nurse in home care, you are responsible for comprehensive care and well-being of clients in their own homes. Your work includes planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care as well as medication administration. You will work closely with practical nurses and other professionals, and be part of a skilled and warm team. The work is mobile and varied, and each day offers meaningful interactions. You will help people in their daily lives and see the tangible impact of your work. What we expect from you You are interested in home care work and want to work for the benefit of clients. You have good cooperation and communication skills, flexibility in changing situations, and good Finnish language skills. You also need good computer skills and a valid LOVe medication license. Since the work is mobile, a driver’s license and access to a car are required. Eligibility requires a nurse’s license according to the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). Students are also considered. To work as a nurse substitute, you must have completed over 140 ECTS credits and medication studies. If you have 90-139 ECTS credits and have completed medication studies, you can work as a practical nurse; apply through the summer job application for practical nurses.
