The construction project consultant will work on creating successful projects with a relaxed but professional approach. We are looking for a construction project consultant for diverse construction projects in Southern Finland. The role is suitable for someone with experience in construction management, project leadership, supervision, or related expertise in the construction industry, but you do not need to be an expert. The most important qualities are willingness to learn, take responsibility, and do quality work. Our projects range from small repair and investigation projects to larger, more demanding initiatives. You will be involved in activities such as preparation, planning, supervision, procurement, site monitoring, and reporting for housing companies, properties, and various construction projects. What does the work involve? Tasks will depend on your skills and interests but may include: - Construction and project management tasks - Project preparation, scheduling, and cost monitoring - Design guidance and participation in meetings - Procurement and bid comparisons - Site visits, supervision, and reporting - Communication with clients, designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders Experience with building services (HVAC, electrical, automation) is an advantage, as these are often integral to projects. However, you do not need to know everything immediately; questions are welcome, and there is room to learn and develop. Who are we looking for?
