Hummin team continues to grow from late summer with at least 5 members, and we are once again seeking cheerful and customer-oriented service advisors who prioritize excellent customer experience. As a service advisor, you will assist in our significant customer account launched in spring with their electronic customer service channels, mainly by phone and written communication. The role of a multichannel customer service representative suits you well if you have experience in phone-based customer service and enjoy working carefully as part of a professional team delivering top-quality service to our customers. In addition to customer interaction, the role also requires the ability to operate sales-oriented in service situations. Who are we? Humm is an expert in multichannel customer experience. We offer companies comprehensive multichannel customer service solutions from planning to implementation, aiming to exceed customer expectations. Within a year, we have started several new customer accounts, and our growth rate looks promising! You might be the person we are looking for if: - You have previous experience in phone customer service, but applications are also welcome if you have some customer service experience. We will provide comprehensive training for all our employees. - You have excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing, and a desire to offer the best possible customer experience even in busy situations. - You are proficient with computers, quickly adapt to different systems, and have good information retrieval skills. - You speak and write fluently in Finnish and English. - Your working style is careful, eager to learn new things, and you enjoy goal-oriented work. Sales-oriented customer service skills are a plus. - You can work part-time on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm, mainly Monday to Wednesday. This is a full-time position with an estimated 10-20 hours per week. Your shifts will mainly focus on weekdays (mostly Mon-Wed) between 8 am and 4 pm. We primarily seek hybrid and on-site employees, with the possibility of partial remote work after a 3-month onboarding period.
