Kassatieto Oy is seeking to strengthen its production team, especially for a new, technically demanding printing environment. We are looking for a responsible operator for an 8-color flexo printing press. This is a permanent temporary employment. The work is expected to start around mid to late August. Job Tasks include independent operation and primary responsibility for an 8-color flexo printing press, starting up, running, and ensuring quality of production, acting as a technical key person in the new machine environment, future training and guidance of other employees in machine operation, production work involving paper processing machines, material transfers using forklifts (reach truck, forklift, pallet truck), logistics tasks: picking, loading, and receiving as needed. Requirements include strong experience in operating flexo printing presses (especially multi-color / 8-color machines), ability to independently learn and operate a new machine as the main user, technical understanding and problem-solving skills in production processes, experience in forklift operation, initiative, accuracy, and responsibility, good teamwork skills and willingness to support and train others, commitment to a long-term employment.
