We are currently seeking a motivated robotics welding operator for our client Maviteknik Oy in Humppila for a long-term, full-time employment. Maviteknik Oy is a custom machine shop founded in 1997, specializing in metal technical subcontracting for industries such as energy, processing, metal, and shipbuilding. Manufacturing and assembly work are carried out in modern production facilities according to certified quality systems. In 2024, the company's turnover was approximately 6.4 million euros, and it employs about 40 industry professionals. Your workday Your daily tasks include welding pipes with ABB's welding robot, operating and monitoring the welding process. You will prepare pipe assemblies for robotic welding, including butt and small welds. Additionally, you will participate in pipe pre-fabrication tasks such as component positioning and fillet welding. Your responsibilities also include robot programming and setting adjustments. It is important to understand the welding process and recognize quality weld seams. You do not need robot programming skills, but previous experience with robot work or understanding of welding robots is preferred. You will receive comprehensive training and support for programming and operation. Your working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:30. The employment relationship is governed by the Metal Industry's collective agreement.
