Restaurant Kekäle is one of the restaurants at Design Hotel Levi and Levi Hotel Spa. We are looking for a skilled à la carte waiter for the winter season 2026-2027. Design Hotel Levi and Levi Hotels Spa are located at the foot of Finland's leading ski resort slopes, in the heart of Levi's mountain village, close to our spa pools and wellness services, a diverse selection of restaurants, and comprehensive services. The wild mountain nature is always just around the corner. Here, you can combine work and leisure in stunning mountain scenery and gather a backpack full of new experiences and adventures for the future! The open charcoal grill kitchen is unique in Finland: the flickering fire, the crackling of the embers, and the intoxicating aroma of prepared dishes combined with locally produced and authentic Lapland flavors create a unique restaurant experience. Kekäle's Premium breakfast is included in the accommodation for guests at Design Hotel Levi. During breakfast, the restaurant chefs prepare all hot dishes, such as omelets and stuffed crepes, individually in the kitchen according to guests' wishes. Additionally, breakfast offers plenty of fresh fruits and drinks, cold cuts and fish, and sweet pastries. In the evenings, Kekäle transforms into a casual fine dining restaurant where guests can enjoy unique northern flavors. Work begins in early November and continues until the end of March, possibly into April. The restaurant is open daily during the season, and you will be offered morning and evening shifts. Your workday includes split shifts, starting with breakfast and continuing with an evening shift after a break. Due to seasonal fluctuations, the work pace is busiest during peak times but calms down at the beginning and end of the season. Work hours are at least 90 hours/3 weeks. We expect from you: - Education or previous work experience in serving - Excellent customer service skills and a Can Do attitude! - Willingness to work as part of a great team and work together actively - Flexibility and initiative, as the job also involves working alone - Fluent English skills Having a alcohol service and hygiene passport is an advantage, but these can be obtained later.
