Bartmästare

Bartender position at Ravintola Zone in Ruka for the winter season 2026–2027. The job starts in late November and continues until Easter. You will work at the heart of the restaurant as part of a professional team; the role is diverse, with bar duties plus flexible participation in other restaurant tasks to ensure customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities include preparing quality drinks, managing bar operations, serving customers with a friendly and professional approach, plus other daily restaurant tasks as needed. We value flexibility, initiative, and a genuine desire to succeed as part of a busy season. Requirements include prior experience as a bartender or in restaurant tasks, a cheerful customer-oriented attitude, a serving permit (Anniskelupassi), fluency in Finnish and English (additional languages are a plus), ability to work efficiently under pressure, proactiveness and team spirit, and willingness to work across different restaurant duties.
