Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. We are seeking an IT Support Manager for our data center in Lappeenranta, Finland. You will lead and manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters. Your responsibilities include ensuring high availability and reliability of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure, acting as the primary escalation point, monitoring SLA, KPI, incident resolution, overseeing proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, collaborating with vendors, maintaining support processes, and managing IT asset lifecycle activities. Requirements include over 3 years of experience managing technical support teams in a data center or similar environment, strong hands-on experience with server hardware, GPU systems, fiber networks, understanding of data center operations, enterprise networking, ITIL/ITSM, basic Linux/Unix skills, proven KPI and incident management skills, analytical skills, proactive attitude, ownership, team leadership under pressure, and excellent English skills.
