Sales Representative - Furniture Sales

We are looking for energetic sales representatives for Ideko in various locations. Are you excited by a job that lets you move around, enjoy freedom and responsibility, and meet customers? We are seeking motivated and hardworking sales representatives to help realise our clients' kitchen visions in customers' homes. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a newcomer, we have a great opportunity for you. What we offer: As a sales representative you will design and negotiate kitchen solutions with customers in their homes about three days a week. One day you spend arranging meetings, and about half of meetings are arranged by our sales consultant. The market is vast, and customers value our home-delivered service. Although you mainly earn for yourself, you are also part of a tight and supportive team. Your team consists of about five sales representatives and a sales manager who supports you on your journey. We offer: comprehensive training and ongoing support; excellent compensation: base salary + commission + allowances + bonuses; potential to earn €2,500–€7,000 per month; great career opportunities – most of our managers have grown through sales. What kind of person succeeds? Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and to do engaging sales work are most important to us. Previous experience in sales, furniture, renovation, or construction is not required – we teach you everything you need to succeed.
