B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled, self-directed B2B sales representative for our client’s growing business, responsible for project customers in Finland and some customer accounts in the Swedish and Norwegian markets. Our client is a Finnish expert company in project sales and customer solutions operating in the Nordic countries and serving business customers with tailored delivery projects. You will be responsible for sales for projects in Finland and account management. Success in the role requires versatile language skills (Finnish, Swedish and English), and Norwegian is an important part of the job. Your duties include: - Coordinating and managing projects - Communicating with customers and developing customer relationships - After-sales work - Coordinating quotations, orders and deliveries - Receiving and processing orders - Managing and developing customer accounts in Sweden and Norway - Participating in industry fairs and events in Finland, Sweden and Norway - Trade-fair work in Finland and elsewhere in the Nordic countries We expect you to have: - Experience in B2B sales - Evidence of long-term customer work and account development - Experience in fields such as hotels, restaurants, tourism, construction or furniture - Established networks and contacts - The ability to manage several customer accounts and projects simultaneously - Readiness to travel We offer a varied and responsible role in an international operating environment, the opportunity to influence your work and develop the business, and permanent employment after the probationary period at a growing company. Work is expected to begin on 4 January 2027. Initially, work takes place mainly at the company’s premises so that you can learn about its operations, products, practices and customer accounts.
