Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic salesperson to join our customer Ole Huoletta Oy’s growing team! Do you enjoy meeting people, want to influence your own earnings, and are motivated by achieving targets? This could be a great opportunity for you! You won’t be selling unnecessary products here. You will help homeowners identify their property’s maintenance needs in time and offer solutions that prevent costly damage and preserve the value of their home. What will your work involve? Your work will cover the entire sales process, from meeting potential customers to closing deals. The work is active, mobile field sales. Your days will consist of contacting new customers by phone and at their doors, conducting maintenance inspections, and offering solutions for customers’ actual needs. The inspection covers, among other things, the roof, rainwater systems, façade, ventilation and wet rooms. Based on the inspection, you will prepare a clear offer for the maintenance measures required. The work includes active customer acquisition and cold outreach, but you will not depend on those alone. You will also get ready-made customer leads generated by olehuoletta.fi marketing, helping you build your sales more effectively. Your earnings are determined by a base salary as well as your own activity and sales results—the more you succeed, the more you earn. There is no upper limit to your earning potential. You will succeed in this role if you - Are motivated by targets and achieving results. - Dare to develop new customer relationships. - Are active, self-directed and persistent. - Want to keep developing into a better salesperson. - Have a driving licence and the ability to use your own car for customer visits. - Have sales experience. - Have a background in construction or property maintenance, which is a significant advantage.
