We are seeking a full-time teacher for electricity and automation at Varia. The college primarily educates compulsory school-aged youth. In addition to vocational skills, the ability to work well with young people is essential for success in this role. Teaching is team-based, and when students participate in joint modules or work placements, we aim to implement a two-teacher model or provide support workshops for theory and practical instruction. Close collaboration is also maintained in monitoring and assessing student skills and their development. The teacher's duties include planning and developing teaching, other tasks assigned to the responsible teacher, and guiding students at workplaces. In addition, we require: Good command of content related to partial and miniature low-voltage electrical installations.
