Crypto Operations Associate

The Alpaca Crypto team is a 100% distributed and remote team. This role will report directly to the Global Director of Crypto Operations. Primary responsibility for daily monitoring and surveillance of all customer activity; daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management functions; Cryptocurrency trading executions and exceptions; Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval; Review of general ledger accounts, identify and reconcile account discrepancies; Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations; Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools; Communicate with internal and external partners; Ad hoc duties and projects; Global remote location, core time around 9am to 5pm PT.
