We are looking for a customer-oriented system specialist who primarily acts as an expert on our product and helps our customers use the Effector system smoothly. As a system specialist, you will work in the support services of our operational management system Effector, designed for the social and health care sector, as part of the product development team for service vouchers and purchase services. The role emphasizes close collaboration with our customers' main users, end-users of the system, and our own product development teams. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment with various professionals and stakeholders. This role combines customer service, product expertise, understanding of our customers' processes, and interest in system development. The role does not include technical system maintenance or infrastructure management. Your workday will include handling support requests related to the system via phone and email, maintaining user guides, and other tasks related to maintenance and product development, such as testing system functionalities before releases and updating new versions in customer environments. Depending on your skills and interests, your tasks may also include training and support tasks for delivery projects. We expect you to have experience in customer service, preferably also in phone service, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, good communication skills in Finnish, ability to prioritize and manage tasks in changing and sometimes fast-paced situations, willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems and more technical matters, carefulness and ability to document clearly. We consider an advantage experience with service vouchers and/or purchase services, experience with the Effector system or generally with social and health care IT systems, understanding of agile methods, proficiency in Swedish and English, and experience in providing training or onboarding support to customers.
