Salary: the salary level for this role is between 4,000 and 5,000 EUR/month, depending on your skills, profile, and potential. To succeed in this role, you need a suitable technical education, and it’s important that you have some familiarity with industrial clients or energy companies, whether from design or consulting firms, the energy sector, client organizations, or other industries. Success also depends on working naturally at the customer interface – being an active communicator, listening carefully, asking the right questions, and recognizing genuine customer needs to find solutions. You should have a desire to close deals and develop customer relationships. Your approach is solution-oriented and encouraging to colleagues. You enjoy networking and sharing your expertise.
