Työtehtävän kuvaus
As a HoReCa Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of Decanter's kitchenware and restaurant products to restaurants, hotels, and restaurant chains. Your work combines new customer acquisition, development of existing customer relationships, and active customer engagement with industry operators. The restaurant industry is dynamic, and decisions are often made quickly – therefore, the ability to respond swiftly to customer needs is important. You will also collaborate on product range development and conduct product training for customers. Most of the work takes place in the Helsinki metropolitan area, but some travel within Finland is required. Job Tasks - Selling kitchenware and restaurant products to HoReCa clients - New customer acquisition (restaurants, hotel and restaurant chains) - Developing customer relationships and building long-term partnerships - Preparing offers and pricing strategies - Customer meetings and product presentations in restaurants - Collaborating on product range development - Participating in industry events and trade shows. The work is primarily customer-oriented, involving regular visits to restaurants. Travel outside the Helsinki metropolitan area typically amounts to a few days per month. We Are Looking For A person who enjoys working in the restaurant industry and active sales work. You have: - Experience in HoReCa sales or B2B sales in the restaurant industry - Understanding of the restaurant industry environment - Ability to plan and execute results-oriented sales activities - Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach - Ability to work independently and take responsibility for sales development - Fluent Finnish and English language skills - A driving license and the ability to use your own car for work.
