We are hiring customer service agents for security check, apron supervision, and passenger guidance at Ivalo Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. As a customer service agent, your task is to ensure smooth travel for each customer and deliver the exceptional customer experience we promise, in cooperation with other airport operators. You will meet every traveler confidently and ensure they want to return to our airport again. Your duties include security screening, for which we will provide training if needed. Additionally, your tasks include apron supervision, passenger guidance and information, and maintaining order and security in the terminal. Normal color vision is required. The selected candidate will undergo basic security clearance, drug testing, and a Peth test measuring alcohol consumption for security-critical tasks. The work involves shift work. We are looking for a positive, flexible, and organized team player. You naturally handle busy situations and are accustomed to working under pressure. You can communicate verbally and in writing in Finnish and English; additional language skills are an advantage. You are suitable if you actively observe your surroundings and have a keen eye for detail. You are experienced in face-to-face customer service in an international environment, comfortable with social media, and possess adequate IT skills.
