We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Service Supervisor for our multi-service team in Oulu. Are you an experienced cleaning professional who wants to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a self-motivated and skilled service supervisor for our schools and day-care sites in the Oulu area. In this role you will be part of a skilled multi-service team delivering high-quality cleaning and catering services to school and day-care sites in the region. Your responsibilities include leading your team’s daily work, organizing cleaning tasks, arranging substitutions, and fulfilling our service promise. The job also involves customer collaboration and quality monitoring. You will supervise and train your team while also actively handling cleaning tasks and kitchen duties yourself. The position is full-time (37.5 h/week) and permanent. Working hours are mainly weekdays mornings between 5–16, with flexibility for shifts as some team members work evenings and weekends. Start date as soon as possible. You will need a driving license and your own car to travel between sites. Kilometer reimbursements are paid for using your own car. The position pays according to the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement (salary grade 8) at 16.55 €/h plus possible supplements. ISS is the place for you!
