Home Living Senior Care is transforming the face of aging in Finland. Since 2008, we have enabled elderly people to live safely and meaningfully in their own homes while creating opportunities for profitable business for local franchise entrepreneurs. We are now looking for a business-minded and entrepreneurial franchisee in Raumala who wants to: Build, lead, and develop a local company as part of a respected and long-established chain. Do people-oriented work that has a tangible and positive impact in the local area. The care sector is a future-oriented industry, as the number of seniors in Finland is growing rapidly and the population's age structure is changing significantly. The number of those over 85 will at least double in the next twenty years, increasing the demand for home care services. What does franchise entrepreneurship in the care sector involve? As a franchisee of Home Living Senior Care, you are responsible for growing and maintaining the profitability of your local business. You will not perform care work yourself but will lead and build your team. Your responsibilities include, for example: Managing and developing the business. Recruiting and onboarding care providers. Local sales and marketing. Making customer agreements and maintaining customer relationships. You will be supported by a tested concept, the full expertise of the chain, a well-known brand, and ongoing support for daily management. Who is this particularly suitable for? This entrepreneurship is suitable if: You have experience in sales, marketing, management, customer relations, or business development, or at least a strong desire and ability to develop in these areas. You are motivated by responsibility, influence, and results. You want to build a business and financial capital in the long term.
