FitPit is one of the largest swimming service providers in the Nordic countries. FitPit has guided over 200,000 hours of swimming in all its forms, and more than 2,000 customers use FitPit's services weekly, with over 2,000,000 individual visits. The goal is to offer a unique, experiential, safe, and customer-oriented 5-star service to every swimmer. We are now looking for a team supervisor to join FitPit's energetic team of swimming instructors. The primary responsibility of the team supervisor is to oversee the daily operations, well-being, and development of the team, while actively working as a swimming instructor. In this role, approximately 50% of your work involves practical customer service, i.e., teaching swimming to various target groups. The remaining work focuses on leading your team, developing operations, and coordinating responsibilities. This role suits someone who wants to combine practical work, people management, and operational development.
