Would you like to help build the future of Meita's service management? Join us to lead the service management office, which has a real impact on customers, service quality, and daily operations. We are looking for a Service Management Manager to lead the newly established Service Management Office (SMO) at Meita. In this role, you will be a key influencer in the development and standardization of Meita's service management. As Service Management Manager, you will oversee Meita's enterprise-level service management, responsible for guiding and developing processes, metrics, tools, and operating models. You will ensure consistent and effective service management practices across different business areas, own the service management framework and annual plan, and oversee service levels, process maturity, and reporting. Additionally, you will lead the development of ITSM/ESM tools and automation in close collaboration with key stakeholders to support customer-oriented, predictable, and cost-effective service delivery. The role includes both line management of process managers (core team) within the service management office and leadership of the service management network. You will work closely with service delivery, support functions, and business management. You will be supported by a knowledgeable, committed, and development-oriented team from across Meita. Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience in building enterprise service management models or SMO operations - Practical experience with the ITIL framework and process maturity models - Experience with service management automation, self-service solutions, or ITSM tools - Evidence of successful change or development projects with measurable impact. Our offices are located in Lappeenranta, Mikkeli, and Joensuu. The role can also be performed remotely. The position is permanent, with a 6-month probation period.
