HSE Supervisor, Envisor, Oulu - Academic Work

You will serve as a key HSE expert on-site, responsible for managing safety documentation and leading practical safety work. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that contractors adhere to agreed safety standards. In your role, you will be responsible for comprehensive safety management on the construction site, combining administrative documentation management and active fieldwork. Your tasks include, among others: Managing and maintaining project safety documents; Reviewing safety documentation of contractors; Conducting regular HSE inspections on-site; Responsible for monthly HSE reporting; Guiding and developing practical safety activities on-site; Actively addressing safety deviations; Managing multiple client systems and project accounts simultaneously. We are looking for: Advanced proficiency in English and at least basic Finnish language skills; Higher education degree (Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Science), for example in energy or construction engineering; Strong experience in site supervision tasks in infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects; Good IT skills and experience in word processing and reporting; A driving license (B) and a genuine willingness to travel to work sites around the world. We value if you have: Previous experience in HSE tasks or safety coordination; Experience in energy infrastructure or data center projects.
