We are seeking two energetic and reliable individuals to join our sunny team as Hotel Cleaning Service Attendants in Oulu for a permanent, part-time contract. duties include: cleaning and preparing rooms (beds made, linen changed, waste emptied, surfaces cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms and toilets cleaned); additional cleaning tasks or auxiliary roles in the hotel restaurant as needed; teamwork and communication with accommodation staff and guests when required; inspection and reporting of damages and maintenance needs to supervisor; management of cleaning equipment and supplies; the hotel cleaning role is an important part of the property's operation, cleanliness and comfort are key to guest experience. SOL’s hotel cleaning carries the Swan label and we follow its standards; training provided in eco-friendly cleaning you can note on your CV. The hotel environment is dynamic; flexibility and ability to work under pressure are important. Good interpersonal skills enable smooth collaboration in a multicultural setting. Physical nature of cleaning requires good basic fitness. Working hours: Mon-Sun, 8:00–16:00 according to duty roster, 25–30 h/week. Start date: as agreed. We expect: good English for communication and safety; Finnish is an advantage; flexibility; motivated approach; sunny customer-service attitude and willingness to commit; of legal age. Prior experience in cleaning is an asset, especially hotel cleaning, but attitude and desire to learn are valued most.
