Patria is an international defense industry and technology company with over 100 years of experience. We are seeking a self-driven expert for Life Cycle Support to develop and maintain lifecycle services for weapon systems. You will work closely with service managers, product management, design, system integrators and other stakeholders in a role that combines lifecycle service development, technical expertise and practical maintenance of service concepts. You will be an independent expert responsible for developing and continuously improving your area. The role focuses on developing lifecycle services and related products, ensuring service solutions support customers’ systems throughout their lifecycle, including parts availability, maintenance services, configuration management, and obsolescence management. You will support customers, service managers and business in lifecycle service development and participate in contract negotiations and amendments from lifecycle perspective. We seek a proactive, growth-oriented expert who thrives in a technical environment and wants to contribute to long-term lifecycle solutions. You should be able to grasp broad contexts, work independently and drive progress with stakeholders. You are interested in technologies, service business and understanding customer needs. The role requires a proactive mindset, ability to learn new things and a desire to deepen expertise in weapon systems and lifecycle services. What we expect: • A suitable university degree (engineer, DI, business or equivalent) • Understanding of technical products, systems or manufacturing environment • Ability to develop service concepts and identify customer needs from a business perspective • Strong technical understanding and ability to absorb new technical entities • Autonomous, goal-oriented and responsible work style • Good communication and collaboration skills and ability to operate at customer interface • Proficiency in Finnish and English • Good Microsoft Office skills Nice-to-haves: • Experience with weapon systems or defense industry environments • Experience with lifecycle services, maintenance services or service business development • Understanding of lifecycle management, maintenance concepts or obsolescence management • Experience with service design or productisation of services • Experience in technical advisory or customer-facing roles What we offer: Patria offers a unique opportunity to work with world-class products and teams.
