We are looking for an Area Manager to develop and grow our business in the Pirkanmaa region over the long term. This is not a finished package to maintain, but an opportunity to develop the area through your own efforts with the support of an experienced organization. What does the job involve? Initially, the work will focus heavily on acquiring new customers and developing client relationships. You will meet companies, identify their staffing needs, and build long-term customer relationships, especially in the industrial sector. At the same time, you will be responsible for the operational activities in the region. You will recruit employees, ensure smooth daily operations for clients, and make sure our customers receive exactly the services they need. As the business grows, you will also have the opportunity to build your own team and act as its supervisor. What kind of person are we looking for? You will succeed if you enjoy goal-oriented sales work, naturally build new customer relationships, and want to see the results of your work in practice. We hope you have: experience in successful B2B sales, the ability to acquire new clients and develop existing ones, strong networks within the Pirkanmaa business community, a proactive and goal-oriented work approach, a desire to develop business long-term. Experience in the personnel services industry is an advantage, but you could also come from industries such as manufacturing, construction, technical trade, logistics, or other B2B sectors.
