Become a director and colleague at Kontu Satama for the residents! We are looking for a director for Kontu Satama on a permanent basis. Kontu Satama has five group homes, each with 15 residents. There are a total of 75 residents. We offer residents around-the-clock assisted living. Our focus is on a life that reflects the resident's own perspective. Care in the Kontu homes is based on respecting autonomy and individuality, strengthening functional capacity, and increasing a sense of control and freedom of choice.
