Työtehtävän kuvaus
We are seeking a caretaker for the Swedish schools in Lohja, Källhagens School, starting from August 3, 2026. Your workplace will be in the Källhagens School property, but you will also assist other Swedish units as needed. The working language is Swedish, but you will also communicate in Finnish with property maintenance and other key partners. We expect demonstrated experience in independent and structured work methods and customer-oriented approach. We appreciate good teamwork skills and flexibility in work. Main duties include: Security assurance - Locking doors, turning off lights, and checking premises - General order supervision - General inspection: reporting discovered faults, deficiencies, and safety risks - Replenishing supplies in first aid kits Customer service - Guiding customers - Customer service - Ensuring copier functionality and performing copying tasks Maintenance of premises, movable property, and technology - Use of building automation, access control, and key services - Arranging and moving materials and equipment needed for operations and ensuring operational continuity - Handling and using standard systems and ICT equipment - Minor repairs and maintenance in the property - Property maintenance tasks related to the caretaker role (including contact with property maintenance and other partners) - Maintaining cleanliness of premises and waste management Administrative and transport services - Transport and distribution of mail and other materials (internal and external) - Administrative tasks Other duties as determined by the immediate supervisor. An experience supplement of up to 8 percent is paid if conditions are met. A probation period of six (6) months applies. The employer may require the appointee to submit a health certificate from Keski-Uudenmaan Työterveys Oy in Lohja within one month of starting employment.
