The Opportunity As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Telecommunications expertise to join our team in Skopje and lead the successful delivery of strategic customer projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior project management professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working with international stakeholders, and has a proven track record of delivering telecommunications projects from initiation to completion. The ideal profile brings over 10 years of project management experience within the telecommunications industry, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to successfully drive projects while ensuring alignment between customer expectations, business objectives, and technical delivery. Your Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering business-critical projects while ensuring alignment between customer expectations, business objectives, and technical execution. You will work closely with customers, leadership, engineering teams, and external partners to drive successful project outcomes and maintain long-term customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications and technology projects; Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders; Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technical, and operational functions; Ensure project governance, quality standards, and delivery excellence; Monitor project performance and proactively address challenges and dependencies; Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting; Drive continuous improvement and contribute to delivery best practices; Support strategic initiatives and business growth through effective project leadership. What We’re Looking For Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management; Extensive experience within the Telecommunications industry; Proven success in managing large-scale and complex customer-facing projects; Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and risk management; Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills; Experience working with international customers and distributed teams; Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Required Certifications PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA Level C or higher, or equivalent Project Management certification. Preferred Certifications Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or other relevant Agile Project Management certifications. Preferred Experience Experience with Telecom OSS/BSS environments; Knowledge of mobile networks, messaging platforms, digital services, or critical communications solutions; Experience delivering software, cloud, or digital transformation projects; Familiarity with telecommunications operators, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
