Vivicta is seeking five experienced 2nd line support technicians for a long-term client project in an industrial and security-critical environment. The team is based in Östersund but primarily works on-site at clients in Örnsköldsvik (3 positions) or Karlskoga (2 positions). The role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues escalated from 1st line, with responsibilities including incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL. Tasks include managing complex incidents, supporting Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange, configuring routers and switches, supporting network issues, collaborating with technical teams, documenting processes, and handling IT equipment. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in Service Desk or 2nd line support, be self-sufficient, structured, responsible, solution-oriented, customer and security-focused, and hold B driver's license. Knowledge of PowerShell, ITIL, ServiceNow, and experience with problem and change management are advantageous.
