Job Description As a Junior Solutions Specialist at Atea, you will play a central role in managing Atea's order and delivery chain. You will work closely with a more experienced colleague and a team of 10 Solution Operations professionals. Your responsibilities include managing the order and delivery chain, supporting sales, and actively communicating with various stakeholders. Please note that due to customer nature, the role requires passing a security clearance and daily presence at Atea's Myyrmäki office in Vantaa. Success in this role does not require a technical background; we value an enthusiastic and curious attitude, as well as motivation to develop your skills actively. We also prefer some previous experience in purchasing or order processing. Work Tasks - Managing order and delivery chains and purchasing tasks - Monitoring deliveries and invoicing, and proactive communication - Coordinating service requests and customer service related to orders - Acting as a contact person and support between the customer, manufacturers, and wholesalers - Communicating about orders and projects, and participating in operational meetings What we expect from a new team member - Suitable commercial or technical educational background (e.g., business college, bachelor of business administration) – you may also be in the final stages of your studies - Previous experience in order processing and/or purchasing, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, SAP) - Fluent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English - General understanding of purchasing and wholesale processes Previous experience in the IT sector is considered an advantage.
