The City of Rovaniemi's geospatial and land plot services is a knowledgeable and solution-oriented unit responsible for managing the city's land assets and implementing measures related to detailed city plans. We are seeking a LAND USE SPECIALIST for a permanent position. Your tasks as a land use specialist include at least preparing property transactions, land division, land acquisition, and contract monitoring. The position is within the geospatial and land plot services unit, where you will work alongside about twenty experts in surveying. The role is new to the unit, and the job description can be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience. The qualification requirement for the position is a suitable education in surveying (AMK) or equivalent. Experience in municipal tasks is considered an advantage. Proficiency in English is also considered an advantage. We expect good cooperation, interaction, and organizational skills from you. The final job description and salary will be determined based on the applicant's skills and experience. The salary range for the position is €3,057.48 - €3,383.46 per month.
