We are looking for a customer service-oriented dispatch operator for a permanent position. We offer an interesting, independent, and responsible job with friendly colleagues. The work primarily involves processing orders and directing tow truck drivers and roadside assistance mechanics. Customer needs can range from non-urgent vehicle, motorcycle, or machinery transfers to urgent breakdowns or accidents, with the core task being to meet these needs and wishes. The work is continuous problem-solving. In daily work, there is a strong emphasis on helping customers with various transportation and assistance needs. You will provide and organize assistance for customers in a flexible, high-quality, and confident manner. You will ensure that drivers perform their daily tasks and play an essential role in our close-knit team. Situations on the road can change quickly, and you will respond professionally to ensure situations remain under control while maintaining a customer-oriented attitude. Work shifts are scheduled on weekdays and weekends between 6:00 and 23:00. Shift lengths vary from 8 to 12 hours. The workplace is located in Helsinki at Ala-Tikkurila or in Tampere at Haukiluoma.
