Butikschef

This is a permanent, full-time role for Ilves-Kauppa, combining store leadership with online shop management. The successful candidate will take end-to-end responsibility for two stores (hockey and football) and the online storefront, leading a small team of 3–4 permanent staff plus casuals and event workers. Key duties include daily store and online shop operations, customer experience development across in-store, online and match-day events, driving sales especially on game days and peak seasons, procurement and assortment planning (supporting supporter merchandise, game wear), supplier relations and inventory management, and coordinating team schedules and rostering. The role also covers commercial development, campaigns with marketing, and collaboration with distributors. Requirements include experience in retail, store operations or e-commerce, understanding of purchasing and assortment planning, prior supervisory experience or strong desire to grow as a leader, interest in sports (hockey and/or football), strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends during game days and seasons. Fluency in Finnish is essential; English is a plus.
