Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. We're looking for a Product Designer to join Growth at Discord and help shape how people find Discord, get set up, and stay connected over time. Growth sits at the front door of our consumer org. We're responsible for how Discord shows up in the world — how new people discover us, how they land and get started, and how existing users stay close to the conversations and communities they care about. It's a broad, fast-moving surface area, and design plays a central role in making each of those moments feel unmistakably like Discord.
