You are responsible for passenger safety and first-class customer service throughout the journey. Each day brings new challenges, as work varies depending on destinations, passengers, and other situational factors. Despite the differences, there are also routine tasks that ensure a smooth travel experience. Everyone can be part of a community that emphasizes camaraderie, responsibility, and striving for excellence. Our work is not just about performing tasks — it is a story we build together guided by our values. The cabin crew work at Norra offers an opportunity to train for a new profession quickly. The work involves irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts varying daily. The base is Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, and standby duty requires being within 1.5 hours travel. Salary is based on the collective agreement, including experience-based pay and various allowances. Career advancement includes roles such as trainer or Senior Cabin Crew Member. To apply, send your application online, and if selected, participate in interviews, group assessments, and health checks. The employment benefits include travel passes, discounts, a bicycle benefit, social events, comprehensive health care, travel discounts, modern facilities, and flexible work arrangements. The work environment is multi-location, with opportunities for remote work and on-site presence. The work requires good health, a minimum of 18 years old, and the ability to swim 50 meters.
