We're looking for a versatile Database Support Engineer to join our Technical Services team. While deep database expertise is at the core of this role, you'll work across our entire technology stack — from PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB to Kubernetes, AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, and more. This isn’t just a database job. You’ll work at the intersection of databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern platform engineering. Every day brings different challenges — from optimising complex analytical queries to troubleshooting cloud, Kubernetes, and features built on top of the database that run through separate services. From network issues to using browser DevTools to trace API failures, you’ll help customers across the stack. You’ll build expertise across our entire platform while deepening your database knowledge.
