Danish Collections Officer for bank in Malta. The role focuses on informing bank customers about outstanding debts and collecting them. The successful candidate reports to the Danish team leader and works within a team handling sales, customer onboarding, customer inquiries, and collaboration with the collections department. Responsibilities include providing customers with information about products, services, and payments; actively seeking new sales following the sales strategy; complying with laws and procedures; delivering accurate information after training; handling inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and SMS; delivering excellent customer experience; coordinating with other departments on payments and collections for transparent interactions; and assisting with other inquiries. The role offers involvement in sales reporting, opportunities for training and mentoring new team members, documentation of procedures, and contributing ideas to improve systems and processes, in collaboration with the Head of New Markets. Requirements include prior sales and customer service experience, proficiency in English and Danish (written and spoken), age 18+, experience in customer onboarding and document verification, strong communication and initiative, teamwork orientation, independence, and good Microsoft Excel skills.
